Voluntary Student Accident Insurance

San Juan Unified School District does not provide any insurance to cover injuries that students may sustain at school or while participating in athletic events. Our district recommends that families consider purchasing this type of insurance coverage for their child. By state law, any student participating in interscholastic sports must have adequate medical insurance. If you would like to purchase student athletic/accident insurance, please contact Student Insurance USA. The application, description of benefits and claim forms can be accessed online at www.studentinsuranceusa.com. Click on “Insurance” from the drop down menu then choose “K-12 Application Online Enrollment” and scroll down for coverage highlights and options.
